End of OptiFast Transition week 3

10am  Starbucks breakfast sandwich - 500 calories

2:30pm - half of a turkey and ham with blue cheese sandwich on a sourdough roll. dry. 400?
2.5 oz. of Sweet Onion Kettle chips - 250 calories

4:30 shake

8pm bottle of Pinot Grigio at campsite 

Hot dog and bun, turkey chili and half a Kit Kat
