OptiFast Transition week 3 - day 1

Noon - Lunch at Travis AFB Cafeteria after Mom's appt.
Ready made protein box 380 calories and...



and a serving of roast beef over rice, carrots, snow peas, corn and red peppers - calories unknown - best guess 400?



6pm - ready made protein wrap thingy - calories 280


9pm - shake

11:30pm - thought that was it for the day but so close to bedtime i got the hungries, and i don't do well going to bed on an empty stomach. a bar/shake/soup just didn't sound appealing, so i had one piece of Milton's bread (110 calories), half the piece with a hard boiled egg on it (70 calories) and half with 2 tblsps of PB2 (45 calories).
