Sundays and holidays are kind of my "off" days where I don't need to keep a strict accounting, and today was sort of both, so my eating was a bit erratic. But I already have a strange need to tell you what I've been eating, diary.

I didn't have anything but coffee before noon, saving myself since I knew I'd be going out for lunch later w/Nova & the boy. We got food at the Fortune House and I probably ate too much Crispy Beef and rice plus those delicious string beans in soy sauce...so good. My guess is I ate 1000 calories there alone.

Then we got frozen yogurt at Yogurtland, but I only had the fruit flavored one with strawberries on top. Looking at their calories list, my estimation is that was about 275 calories.

Lastly, I'm having a 22 oz'er from TJs and some veggie chips and Cowboy Caviar...I think this is around 450.

My guess is I ate around 2000 calories today...a little over, but not egregiously so.

It's good stuff. Corn + black beans + pepper in adobo and tomato base...sort of salsa-y. I recommend it.
