I'm gonna need a few days off from caring about this. I haven't been paying attention to what I'm eating, nor caring...just until Tues or so.

you don't hafta care or really pay attention, just keep it going, post what you can remember for the day, even if you don't bother with calories. even if you feel like you totally pigged out.

it's a marathon, no a sprint. progress, not perfection. even if you eat TBell every meal. there are bound to be these patches over the long haul.
